iSphere Top End Pty Ltd eventuated out of a desire to build an entity in the Northern Territory (NT) of Australia to provide similar core services to our clients from a Nearshore location.

Nearshore in this sense is NOT overseas, but still in Australia, so that we can assist the NT Government to grow a Fintech and Retail Banking IT competence that will attract hard to find talent from South East Asia onto the Australian continent. This will enable us to train local resources, both indigenous and otherwise in a region that isn’t all about Mining, Government and Service Industries.

The Territories GSP is around $27 Billion (2021) with a population of 250,000(2021) and the government have plans to lift that GSP to $40 billion with a population of 400,000 by 2030.

To assist this great Territory, iSphere Top End will embark on a program to impart our strong Fintech and Retail Banking knowledge to build a team of professionals which will augment our current offerings in the southern states. We are an inclusive company that embraces all nationalities and indigenes.

Current figures have Financial and Insurance services at 2.4% of the GSP. We will grow that exponentially and partner with like-minded corporations and individuals who share our passion, where necessary.
