Jay Pereira

Jehan (Jay) has a vast and varied background in Retail Banking. His career started at the ANZ Bank in Melbourne where he spent a significant amount of time in the Operations and Systems area within the Cards Business of the ANZ Bank. He then ventured out on his own in 1997 working as a SME for corporations such as American Express, State Bank of India, Colonial Mutual and GE Money before realizing a major void in the provision of specialist services by companies within the Retail Banking industry.

"The big tier 1 corporations offer specialist services at a premium cost and that's where we come in," Jay noted. "We can keep margins lower and provide the same if not better services to organizations within our network of influence." iSphere Global Australia, Singapore and Manila was borne from this realization with companies such as ANZ Bank, GE Money Australia and Nordics requiring these specialist services to migrate, upgrade and provide product enhancements/development to credit card systems at a realistic cost.

Our company has grown exponentially post these early days and we have shifted from having an overseas presence to being wholly Australian owned and operated as our technology and products are superior and service exceptional. Cost does not have to be a factor anymore because we are competitive.

Jon Wilton

Jon joined iSphere Global in 2015 after a long and rewarding career in the Banking Industry. His success was built on his passion for leading & developing people and establishing trusted professional relationships.

Jon's Banking experience transcended multiple Business & Technology Divisions, including 14 years in IT roles as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager (Credit Card and Decision Systems) and Senior Delivery Manager (Data Warehousing and Integration). Jon was renowned for managing high performing technology Delivery Teams — integrating people and delivery processes across Aus, India, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Jon is focussed on building and nurturing trusted relationships with iSphere Global clients. He leverages his financial industry expertise and people assessment skills, to provide the right dedicated professionals or targeted resource solutions, to help our clients meet their Project/company goals.

Suzanne Raabe

Suzanne is the Administration Manager of iSphere Global, and together with her Administrative Assistants, Stacee and Charlene Ray, manage all office functions for the company.

Suzanne has over 20 years' experience within the Cards Payments space having worked for both ANZ and NAB, as a permanent employee and contractor. Her most recent position with NAB was as Manager of Quality Assurance. Suzanne's experience working within the banking industry has provided her with a unique insight to the needs of iSphere's clients.

Following on from a career break, Suzanne joined iSphere Global in January 2017.

Maria Ventic (MJ)

MJ holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and spent some time studying law, which gave her a strong and flexible foundation in leadership and decision-making. Ever since her school days, MJ has been an active student leader and consistent academic achiever, always driven by curiosity and a passion to learn.

MJ began her career in Accounting and Finance, and over time discovered a deep interest in Human Resources. She had the chance to lead and improve business operations, helping a financial and software company overcome big challenges — from fixing record-keeping systems to improving how to manage people and handle customer concerns and data issues.

After over 12 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, MJ smoothly stepped into her current role as Country Manager. At iSphere Philippines, MJ leads HR, Recruitment, Accounting, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Staff, and Client Relationship. Her approach combines smart strategies, teamwork, a supportive and friendly culture, and a clear focus on both people and clients. Since joining iSphere in 2016, MJ has been a key player in the company growth, through innovation, staying focused on delivering results with clarity, confidence, and compassion.

Girija Mishra

Girija Mishra oversees customer relationship, business development, delivery, and operations in her capacity of Country Head of India at iSphere Global. She brings over two decades of experience in the banking, cards, and payments sector, having worked across Australia, North America, the Middle East, the UK, and the EU.

Girija's passion for learning aligns with the ever-evolving payments landscape, where she continually seeks to enhance customer products by leading transformation programs, helping organisations in the cards and payments domain adopt advanced technology solutions to deliver both traditional and emerging fintech innovations. She is dedicated to understanding client needs and ensuring their products reach the market with top-tier quality.

Prior to joining iSphere Global, Girija held key roles at Synechron (formerly Attra Infotech) and was part of Capgemini (formerly Kanbay), Birlasoft.

Monika Lombard

Monika came onboard at iSphere Global in 2025 as an Account Manager. Originally from New Zealand, where she has worked in labour recruitment and in Eftpos as an operations specialist. Her strengths include strong communication and relationship building skills, isolating technical issues, and creating documentation for methodology for future employees.

In 2023, she moved to Melbourne and was hired as FOH Manager to help improve the processes of the establishment. It was here where she met Jay and was introduced to iSphere Global.

Charlene Ray

Charlene Ray is a seasoned administrative professional with over two decades of experience in office administration. She began her career in 2003, working for a national car carrier trailer manufacturing company where she managed all aspects of their administration.

In 2010, Charlene joined iSphere Global, bringing with her four years of prior experience in office administration. She took a break in 2012 to pursue a business venture with her husband and returned to iSphere in 2017 after gaining further experience. At iSphere Global, Charlene works alongside Suzanne and Stacee, contributing her extensive experience and dedication to the team. Her commitment to excellence and focus on delivering high-quality work make her a valuable asset to the organization.

Stacee

Stacee is a dedicated and versatile Administrative Assistant with excellent organisational skills. She holds certificates in Office Administration and is committed to supporting the iSphere Global team.

Stacee loves spending time with her family and friends, being creative and camping.
